Founded in Phoenicia, NY, our recipes and products are created with the intention of supporting the local bee population,and getting more local honey into happy mouths.
Rebecca is a formally trained chef, who spent many years behind the stove in NYC, she yearned to be closer to the source of our food, and moved to the Hudson Valley about fifteen years ago.
Phoenicia Honey has given her the chance to keep creating yummy stuff, live in a beautiful mountain setting and most importantly tie her love of the outdoors into her work. She is truly in her happy place when planting flowers, herbs and vegetables and of course tending to the bees.
