It all started when...


Founded in Phoenicia, NY, our recipes and products are created with the intention of supporting the local bee population,and getting more local honey into happy mouths. 

Rebecca is a formally trained chef, who spent many years working in some of NYC best kitchens. Fifteen years ago, she packed up her family leaving Brooklyn for a new life in the Catskills.  

Phoenicia Honey has given her the chance to keep creating yummy stuff, live in a beautiful mountain setting and most importantly tie her love of the outdoors into her work. She is truly in her happy place when planting flowers, herbs and vegetables and of course tending to the bees.
